Sekoia announces the deployment of a new partner program to support the growth of IT service companies (MSP) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP) operating its SOC platform and to develop MXDR (Managed XDR - or XMDR) offerings.
Paris, 17 October, 2024. Sekoia, the cybersecurity technology expert specializing in Extended Detection and Response, announces the launch of a new partner program. This program is aimed at IT service companies (MSP) and managed security service providers (MSSP) that operate the Sekoia SOC platform (XDR or next-gen SIEM in SaaS mode). The objective of this new program is to support the growth of partners of all sizes and to assist in the development of MXDR (Managed Extended Detection and Response) offerings. It primarily focuses on a continuous capacity-building framework for partners with the support of Sekoia.io teams.
The program is structured into four levels (Starter, Silver, Gold, and Platinum), which reflect not only commercial performance but also the commitment of partners to Sekoia.io technology. It relies on various factors, including the volume of supervised assets and the initiatives deployed by the partner. In accordance with the principle of reciprocity at the heart of Sekoia's partnership approach, MSSPs integrated into the program benefit from structured support, resulting in pricing advantages, assistance from support and customer success services, certification training, as well as marketing and communication activities. All Sekoia MSSP partners benefit from a new dedicated resource center: the Partner Portal.
Through this program, Sekoia is entering a new key stage in its development and confirms its model relying on a strong network of partners. This initiative is aligned with the broader trend of outsourcing and hybridization of SOCs by organizations, which require support from local and trusted expert service providers. It addresses the growing need for SSDP (Security Service Delivery Platform) designed to deliver, manage, and optimize security services within an organization.
